Apollo Matrix worked with Gloto to update and maintain the ‘Gamecast’ feature of a sports app for Telemundo Deportes.
Released just in time for the 2014 World Cup, the Telemundo Deportes iPhone app is designed for maximum readability and ease of use. Primarily focused on soccer, features include:
- News stories
- Live scores, statistics, and play by play
- Info and video from Telemundo shows
- Video highlights
- The ability to add and track favorite teams across both professional leagues and international tournaments
- Customized alerts for favorite teams- for example, you can get a push alert when your favorite team kicks off or scores
Apollo utilized a ticket driven approach using GitHub and Redmine to track issues and push updated code.
