Matrix: A Matrix is a group of people united by a belief system which is defined by the Matrix members. Development, Web design, iPhone development, Blackberry development, Mobile development, Game development, eCommerce, JAVA, .NET, C+ Ruby on Rails, PYTHON, PHP and all these other names we use out here. If you think about it they all enable us to build our visions. There are many different ways for us to complete the vision but the truth is we all have a vision. Some are from scratch and others are being updated.

Here at Apollo Matrix we take a different approach to these tasks. First before we do anything we make sure the synergies between our Matrix and you are a good fit. The reason for this is we need to be able to understand each other before we solidify this life long relationship.

So, lets us introduce our Tribe's culture to you:

The Matrix is the living organism within the system and the culture is the primary source of energy for its life. You're probably laughing by now but it's 100% true and who we are.

It's funny when you read through these thousands of companies out here saying the same thing. Specialize in "Application design development", "Create, build, and extend the experience". It all sounds good and is what we do but it does not address what is going on. What you need is to find a partner that will enable you to complete the tasks which will fulfill the vision.

That's what we do. We work with each Matrix member aka "client" which we will not reference again, to come up with the best solution for your individual need. We focus on developing a life time relationship with you. Our philosophy is if we keep our Matrix 100% satisfied it will grow organically.

Lets get into the nitty gritty, whether your vision is for a mobile application, desktop application, application in general, website, social network, blog, content management system, electronic newsletter, database or any other need you have, we have the resources to accomplish it. Our internal Matrix is 100+ deep and on average has 5+ years of experience. We have our Matrix divided in to sub-Tribes, what we mean by this is our PHP Matrix only develop in PHP our JAVA Matrix only develop in JAVA, our hard coder Matrix only hard codes, our designer Matrix only designs, etc. We keep them focused on their strengths and the other Matrix members compliment them well. It's called Matrix Organization.

Process, process, process, what is your process is a common question we receive daily. Our question to you is what process works best for you? We have a process that we like but it may not work for you so we like to better understand our new Matrix members needs and come up with a process that works best for them.

Our most frequent process is:

• Creation of 50 - 80 page specifications document done by Product Manager
• Logo and full Photoshop design pages done by UI Designer
• Development by Project Manager, Developer(s), and QA test
• Beta and finally public launch

However, we know that this does not work for everyone. Some of our Matrix members need to be involved on a daily basis and change things every half hour:) we have no problem with these Matrix members, some companies out here call them "scope creeps" we simply call them "Matrix member". We need to set the expectations from the beginning and get to know one another before we take the journey. That's why Communication, Accountability and Participation are an integral part of our culture. By the way we will have you sign off on everything we agree on, this is to hold us accountable.

Unlike the "development companies & freelancers" out here the Matrix will give you honest feedback about your vision. We'll run it by other Matrix members and give you things to consider, all Matrix members are under our exceptional NDA, which is: if you talk about or steal other Matrix members' vision you will be removed from the "Tribeimly" and be prosecuted by the law!

We have seen many over the decades come with what they thought was a great idea, invested the money/resources only to have it fail. It's extremely easy to fall in love with the idea and we would love to bring it to life and make a quick buck but it's not healthily for our Tribe. We'll give you the honest feedback you deserve and at the end of the day if you want us to proceed we will work with you to come up with a strategy and execute it.
